Coconut Mojitos

Add the mint leaves, lime wedges and sugar to a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle.⁠ Pour in the rum and coconut cream.⁠ Fill the shaker with ice, shake to combine and chill.⁠ Strain into an ice filled glass. Top with sparkling water.⁠ Garnish with lime and mint.⁠ Enjoy!⁠


8 - 10 mint leaves, plus more to garnish⁠
1/2 lime, cut into wedges, plus more to garnish⁠
1 teaspoon organic cane sugar⁠
2.5 ounces Stealth West Coast Rum⁠
2 ounces (1/4 cup) coconut cream (can sub coconut water)⁠
Top off with sparkling water⁠
